This program will allow the food service provider to work with food service professionals from AllerTrain® and MenuTrinfo® to ensure you are providing a safe dining experience for all of your consumers.

Our team members review your dining facilities, policies, and procedures for safer allergen service. Areas of focus include ingredient reviews, training, receiving, storage, and more. Upon successful completion of the assessment, you will have use of the AllerCheck™ seal and certificate to showcase your dedication to food allergy safety.

If you have a location that offers menu items that are made without the major food allergens, but your operation setup is in an open kitchen environment where equipment, storage, prep, or service areas may be shared, this is the perfect solution for you.

AllerCheck™ does not guarantee any menu items are ”free from” any top food allergens, like with Certified Free From™. Rather, the certificate confirms that your operation follows the proper processes and procedures set in place to minimize any risk of cross-contact and serve menu items prepared with verified ingredients.
