COMPLAINTS

Any Certified Free From™ client or consumer wishing to submit a formal complaint, must submit the
complaint to Info@MenuTrinfo.com. The complaint will then be forwarded to the person holding authority over the CFF program.

The Chief Operating Officer will review the complaint and determine an appropriate plan of action within 15 days of receipt of the complaint. The action plan will be communicated in writing, via traceable means, to the individual who submitted the complaint within 10 days of rendering the decision.

All complaints and appeals will be approached with a fair and transparent manner with the complainant being provided information about their formal complaint with corresponding resolution as deemed necessary.

The decision of the Chief Operating Officer or President concerning all complaints and appeals is final.

APPEALS

Any Certified Free From™ client or consumer wishing to make an appeal must submit the appeal to Info@MenuTrinfo.com. Upon receipt, the request as well as all prior documentation (if any) will be forwarded to the Onsite Department for review.

The Chief Operating Officer will review and make a final decision on the appeal within 30 days of receipt of the written request. The final decision will be communicated in writing, via traceable means, to the individual who submitted the appeal within 10 days of rendering the decision.

All complaints and appeals will be approached with a fair and transparent manner with the complainant being provided information about their formal complaint with corresponding resolution as deemed necessary.

The decision of the Chief Operating Officer or President concerning all complaints and appeals is final.

RECERTIFICATION AUDITS

Participant shall be recertified each calendar year.

For every recertification, the following items will be required from the Participant:

  1. The latest version of the Participant’s ingredient list.
  2. A copy of all allergen-related policies and procedures.
  3. Documentation of any allergen complaints, and subsequent root cause analyses and corrective actions.
  4. Demonstration of testing comprehension.
  5. Any other information requested by MenuTrinfo®
