Sandra Dugan is currently the Director of Training and Nutrition for MenuTrinfo®, working with clients to create food allergy safe environments through online and in-person allergen training. Prior to working at MenuTrinfo®, she was the Operations Manager for Red Silo Coffee Roasters, managing operations and exploring new brands. Sandra also worked as the Training and Development Manager for Breckenridge-Wynkoop, developing and implementing training for restaurants and breweries. In addition, Sandra spent 17 years working as an Associate Professor for Johnson & Wales University at the Denver campus educating students in the Hospitality and Culinary fields. Sandra also worked as a General Manager for Sodexo and has over 20 years of independent training and consulting experience.
Sandra has an MBA from Regis University and an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts from The Colorado Institute of Art.
