I am a food safety professional with extensive experience, having obtained my MS in Agriculture and received training in PCQI, FSVP, and Food Defense. I’m excited to be part of the MenuTrinfo team as an Auditor & OnSite Fulfillment Specialist. Before joining MenuTrinfo I was as a QA Manager in the food manufacturing and dietary supplement industries in Hawaii where I managed the FSMA Food Safety Plan, HACCP, Food Defense, and cGMPs. On the lighter side, I adore nature, especially the flowers that bring so much joy and beauty.
