AllerTrain® is the first ANAB-accredited food allergy and gluten-free training to market, is updated annually, and is taught through multiple modalities. By providing the skills, knowledge, and competencies necessary to ensure safe production and delivery of meals to food allergic diners, this ANAB-accredited certificate program aims to improve overall safety in the food service industry.
Designed for managers and key Persons In Charge
(PICs) in all areas of foods service, specifically restaurant managers, owners, executive chefs, food safety managers, and senior kitchen staff. AllerTrain® aims to provide course participants a thorough understanding of food allergies, celiac disease, food intolerances, and best practices and wining outcomes for diners with special dietary needs. AllerTrain® is available through eLearning, live webinar and in-person training. The majority of the AllerTrain courses are ANAB-accredited and meet state-specific training mandates.
Our Food Handler’s certificate program dives into the proper methods for safely handling food for those in the industry referred to as “food handlers.”
