AllerTrain Michigan
AllerTrain® Michigan is our food allergy training course offered at a discounted rate for those residing in and working in Michigan. As of January 2017, food allergy training is mandated in the state of Michigan. Food establishments must have at least one certified manager who has completed food allergy training.
