Minimum Requirements for Trainer Participants:

  • Completion of an AllerTrain® manager-level course (AllerTrain®, AllerTrain® U, AllerTrain® K-12)
  • Prior knowledge of food allergies, food intolerances or Celiac disease
  • Prior experience working in the food service industry
  • Teaching/presentation experience
