The AllerTrain® certificate program by MenuTrinfo answers a growing need for food allergy and gluten-free training with the AllerTrain Suite of courses, providing a wide variety of training options that suit every member of the industry.

Designed for managers and key persons-in-charge (PICs), specifically restaurant managers, owners, executive chefs, food safety managers and senior kitchen staff, AllerTrain aims to provide a thorough understanding of food allergies, celiac disease, food intolerances and best practices.

The majority of the AllerTrain courses are ANAB-accredited and meet state-specific training mandates. They also are available through eLearning, live webinar and in-person training modules.

Our Food Handler’s certification program takes training one step further dives into the proper methods for safely handling food for those in the industry referred to as “food handlers.”
