James joined the MenuTrinfo team as an intern in 2021 while completing his senior year at Colorado State University. While pursuing a degree in Exercise Science, he found a strong interest in a required human nutrition class and decided to add a nutrition minor in his Junior year. After graduating, he took on a full-time Fulfillment Specialist role working with the Nutrition and Onsite Services divisions. He has since moved into the Project Manager position for the nutrition division, working closely with clients and the nutrition team to ensure success.
When he’s not looking at recipes, James tries to spend as much time as possible in the mountains – hiking and biking in the summer, and ski touring in the winter.
