KETO

The Ketogenic diet is a high fat, low carb, and moderate protein diet. Originally intended as a medical diet, the keto diet has gained traction in recent years as a new lifestyle diet and a way to lose weight. A typical keto dieter consumes no more than 20-50 grams of carbohydrates per day. This forces the body to enter ketosis, where fat (being broken down into ketones) is used as the body’s primary energy source.

ANTI-Inflammatory

Anti-Puff is a dietary pattern meant to “cleanse” the body. The goal is to eliminate any foods that promote inflammation in the body or otherwise disrupt the digestive system. This includes abstaining from all forms of added sugar, legumes, alcohol, dairy, and both processed and whole grains. This diet encourages the consumption of lean meat, seafood, eggs, vegetable, fruits, and natural fats. This type of diet does not focus as much on the quantity of your food intake as much as it does on the quality of the food you’re eating.

PALEO

The Paleo diet is based on the principle that people, to be at their healthiest, should eat a diet similar to our Paleolithic ancestors. The originators of this diet claim that the rise in obesity and chronic metabolic diseases can be traced to the beginning of the Agricultural Revolution. The Paleo diet is rich in lean meats (both exotic and certain cuts of domestic), seafood, fruits, and all non-starchy vegetables. This diet is lower in carbohydrates than many other diets (still at a moderate level, however), high in protein, and moderate in healthy fats.

CLEAN Menu

The general public is looking to know what’s in their food, and many people are eager to see menu items they consider “clean.” These foods may be free from genetically modified organisms (GMOs), antibiotics, hormones, preservatives, colors and/or other additives. They are generally minimally processed, and more attention is paid to adding “good” or clean foods to your diet rather than subtracting “bad” foods.
